New list leader in the Netherlands: Blossom

KNS Blossom, the popular GGI young sire, conquers the Holstein gNVI rankings in the Netherlands with a gNVI of 330. He follows in the footsteps of the GGI bull Sundance who ranked the same two years ago.

Via Boss x VG 86 Snowman he traces back to the influential cow KNS Goldengate EX 91. Further back the successful show cow Fontanella Ginger EX 91 appears in the pedigree. The class of this cow family can therefore be traced over generations.

It is not surprising that Blossom shows high index values for conformation both in the Netherlands and Germany. It is especially true for feet & legs and udder. Blossom offers good udder health and longevity as well. Also regarding the other functional traits he transmits positively under both systems, too.

Finally, his progeny promise best qualities for the use with automatic milking systems (AMS) which assures him a top spot in the current German RZRobot list.
