Bobas daughter group at the LTR Show on September 8th 2011

Bull: Bobas 840609 (Dutch Boy x Novalis x Bellwood)

6 daughters of the bull Bobas were presented which showed a uniform transmission profile of the bull.

Dairy type:

The progeny showed medium dairy type with good harmony.

The daughters of Bobas presented themselves very stylish. They showed enough frame with good strength and very good body depth as well as a strong top line. Rumps were wide and slightly sloped as desired.

Feet and legs:

The robust feet and legs showed the desired parallel set with good closed hoofs. The Bobas daughters also excelled regarding locomotion.

The functional udders reflected the high will to milk of the Bobas daughters. Rear udders were highly attached, of desired width and showed a strong suspensory ligament. They are somewhat rounder in the fore udder area, but had the preferred teat length and placement.

Bobas is a bull to breed trouble-free cows which will do a great job in every barn.
