Enhancement of the relative breeding value for milk production (RZM)

With the upcoming proof run in April 2019 there will be several changes.

Besides the change of the mixed reference sample and the introduction of new health breeding values, the formula for the relative breeding value for milk production will be adapted to fit the current usage of milk and payment arrangements of dairies.

The weighting within the RZM formula was adapted in support of fat and, therefore, the weighting of the new RZM for fat kg to protein kg is 1:2. The factor protein % was taken out of the formula as a slightly positive trend towards fat % and protein % can be seen via components kilos without the factor protein %.
