Kayne daughter group on occasion of the “16th RBB round table of inseminators 2018” on April 17th 2018

Bull: Kayne 811498 (Mogul x Domain x Buckeye)

On occasion of this year’s round table of inseminators in Groß Kreutz, RBB presented a collection of 5 heifers of Kayne, raised in England, as second daughter group. He has the same sire, Mogul, as Mr Max.

Kayne

Dairy type:

The Kayne daughters could convince with very good development and nice uniformity.

Body:

Having clear more frame, type and style the Kayne daughters showed more defined withers and a strongly sloped rib. Rumps were wide.

Feet and legs:

Regarding feet and legs locomotion was very good, but the rear legs had some more angle sometimes. Leg set and bone quality were faultless.

Udder:

Udders stood out especially with their impressive veining. Rear udders were high and, with medium fore udder length, attached firmly in the fore. The suspensory ligament was very strong. With medium teat placement, teat length tended to be somewhat shorter, but not problematic at all.

When mating adequately, Kayne is definitely able to breed show cows.
